BRANDON MORENO

Brandon Moreno is the CEO and founder of EverHive, bringing nearly three decades of experience in contingent workforce management, talent strategy, and human resources. He has led global teams and workforce programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, helping organizations build more effective, scalable, and innovative approaches to talent.

Before founding EverHive, Brandon built his career across human resources, talent acquisition, and contingent workforce management, holding leadership roles and working with globally recognized organizations including Sony, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, STMicroelectronics, and ARINC.

Brandon is recognized for his people-first leadership style, operational discipline, and ability to build high-performing teams and programs. He has contributed thought leadership to industry platforms, including Bloomberg BNA, and spoken at leading workforce and procurement conferences, including Staffing Industry Analysts and ProcureCon. Brandon was also named HR Leader of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal and has served on industry advisory boards and forums including HRO Today, the Contingent Workforce Innovation Network, and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Forum.

Originally from California and now based in North Carolina, Brandon holds a degree in business from the University of La Verne, completed the Global Leadership graduate program at the University of San Diego, and is a certified leadership coach through iPEC.Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active through hiking, rock climbing, and kickboxing.
